A cozy, family owned and operated, Italian restaurant located on beautiful St. Pete Beach, FL. The homemade from scratch Italian favorites are the main reason people become our customers for life. We strive to exceed customers' expectations by offering the best service possible and great value. One of our two outdoor patios, a hidden gem that faces a small marina on the intracoastal Boca Ciega Bay, is another asset of "Buona Ristorante " for those who want to sit across from the water and enjoy some great food and a bottle of wine. The new owners Diane and Marco are always involved in the daily operations and they are never too far to listen to your wants, your needs or your suggestions. We're regular winter visitors to St. Pete's Beach and we LOVE Buona Ristorante! It's tucked in the northern corner of Dolphin Village Shopping Center, with easy parking, indoor and outdoor dining. I enjoy the intimate dining area. You watch as dishes are carried out. ("I'll have what that lady over there's having!") Prices are reasonable, the food is delicious! Salad ingredients are fresh! I recommend the shrimp scampi appetizer, the manicotti and my latest, the romano crusted chicken! They're all top-notch!

Some of the most delicious food I’ve ever had!! Everything is made from scratch and you can tell! The chef came out and talked to us for a little while — he was so nice & incredibly talented. Great service. A must go if you’re in the area!

Every item we ordered surpassed whatever expectations we had. Baked ravioli app, cheesy bread app, spaghetti Bolognese, chicken picatta, house and Caesar salads....all AMAZING!! Attentive service and comfortable atmosphere. Def taking note of this place to come back to.
